CRISPR Microinjection Services
 WellGenetics provides CRISPR Microinjection Services in Drosophila melanogaster. Please prepare your own reagents, such as gRNA-expressing DNA plasmids or gRNA transcripts, with or without donor plasmid. And then, choose one of the Cas9 founder lines for w+ or fluorescence screening.
We accept customized RNP complex for microinjection in Drosophila melanogaster as well. If you would like to have microinjection done in other Drosophila species, please refer to our Non-melanogaster Microinjection Services.
